Age and identification
Nightlife admission is limited to guests age 21 or older. Each guest must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID. A reservation or payment does not waive age or identification requirements.
Reservations and seating
Tables and premium booths are limited and subject to confirmation. Selecting a numbered area or seating category does not guarantee that exact location unless it appears in Casa’s confirmation. Casa may make a reasonable operational reassignment based on safety, capacity, accessibility, party size or venue needs.
Pricing and payment
Current pricing, taxes, gratuities, deposits, minimums and included items are shown in the booking form before payment. Review the final total and description before submitting. A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment when required and written or electronic confirmation from Casa.
Arrival and admission
Guests should arrive by the time stated in their confirmation. Late-arrival and seating-release terms displayed during booking apply. Admission remains subject to lawful capacity limits, security screening and compliance with venue rules.
Dress and prohibited items
Casa maintains an upscale “dress to impress” environment. Face caps, do-rags, sandals and open-toe shoes may be restricted for nightlife. Weapons, illegal drugs and dangerous items are prohibited. Policies are applied consistent with applicable law and reasonable disability accommodations.
Conduct and alcohol service
Harassment, threats, fighting, property damage, unsafe conduct and severe intoxication are not permitted. Casa may refuse alcohol service or remove a guest when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance. Guests must not drink and drive; use a designated driver or rideshare.
Accessibility and assistance
For a reasonable accommodation or accessible seating request, contact Casa before your visit at 612-474-3134 or info@casaafriklounge.com. See the Accessibility Statement and Refund and Cancellation Policy for additional information.
