Casa Afrik does not collect payment-card numbers on this website. Ordering, ticketing, employment and reservation information is submitted to the third-party service selected by the visitor.
Information we receive
Depending on how you interact with Casa, we may receive your name, contact information, reservation date, party size, seating preference, order or transaction reference, event attendance details, messages, and employment application information. Technical records may include IP address, device and browser information, referring page, timestamps and security logs.
How information is collected
Information may be provided directly to Casa or through service providers including Jotform for reservations, tickets and employment applications; SkyTab for pickup ordering; Square or another disclosed processor for payments; DoorDash and Uber Eats for delivery; and Cloudflare for website delivery, security and optional privacy-focused analytics. Those services process information under their own notices and terms.

- Process and administer reservations, orders, event tickets and applications.

- Prevent fraud, duplicate bookings, misuse and security incidents.

Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help operate the website and fulfill a transaction; professional advisers; and government or law-enforcement authorities when legally required. Casa Afrik does not sell personal information for money. We do not use sensitive applicant or reservation information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and local storage
The site may use essential browser storage to remember that the opening animation has already been shown during a session. Cloudflare and linked services may use security or functional technologies. If advertising or nonessential analytics are added later, Casa will update this notice and implement any consent controls required by applicable law.
Retention and security
Casa retains information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, business records, dispute handling and legal obligations. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information held by Casa where applicable, or withdraw consent for future optional communications. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, accounting or dispute purposes. Email info@casaafriklounge.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and Casa does not knowingly collect their personal information through the website. Nightlife services are limited to guests age 21 or older.
