Acceptance and electronic transactions
By using this site or submitting an electronic transaction, you agree to these terms and to receive records related to that transaction electronically. You may retain a copy by printing or saving the applicable page or confirmation. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete the transaction.
Information and availability
Menus, prices, hours, entertainment, performers, seating, inventory and event details may change. A submission, preference or pending payment does not create a confirmed reservation until the designated platform and Casa Afrik provide confirmation. Casa may correct errors and decline or cancel a transaction when inventory is unavailable, information is inaccurate, fraud is suspected or service cannot lawfully be provided.
Third-party services
SkyTab, Jotform, payment processors, DoorDash, Uber Eats, social networks and other linked services are operated by independent providers. Their terms, privacy notices, accessibility features, fees and service limits apply when you use them. Casa is responsible for the food, event or reservation it confirms; the provider remains responsible for its own platform and processing services.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or fraudulent information, scrape or reuse content commercially without permission, impersonate another person, or use the site in violation of law.
Intellectual property
Casa Afrik names, logos, photographs, videos, menu descriptions, designs and other original content are owned by or licensed to Casa Afrik Lounge. Personal, noncommercial viewing is permitted; other copying, modification or distribution requires written permission.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Casa does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Casa is not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by a visitor’s device, connectivity, misuse of the site or an independent third-party platform.
Governing law
Minnesota law governs these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Disputes relating to Casa’s services may be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Minnesota. Before filing, please contact info@casaafriklounge.com so Casa has an opportunity to address the concern.
Changes
Casa may update these terms prospectively. The version in effect when a transaction is completed governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
